Povestea filmului se intampla exact la fel ca in Amintiri din Epoca de aur. Mai multi scenaristi, mai multi regizori, cu povesti diferite, dar foarte bine imbinate de data asta.
Filmul e romantic, filmat bine spre foarte bine, fara momente moarte in care s-ar pierde in detalii, fara povesti ireale, presarat cu momente amuzante exact atunci cand trebuie. Un fel de prezentare a orasului sau un fel de prezentare a legendelor urbane new-yorkeze, despre care vorbeste toata lumea.
