Scandalul Banc-Post: comunicare la pamant, clienti nemultumiti

Am primit un mail adineauri de la un client Banc Post. E in engleza si il veti citi, insa ma intreb de ce omul ala mi-a scris mie? De ce banca daca vrea sa scape cu camasa curata dintr-o afacere de cacat nu comunica. De ce banca il fute in gura pe client, omul care asigura salariile si banii lichizi pentru nevoile bancii. O banca fara clienti ce ar fi … nimic, se numeste faliment.

Could you please give me more details about the fraud at BancPost? I have my money in an account at Banc Post and I use a Taifun Card. The only issue is that I cannot use my money until the investigation is done. I am not able to develop my business until they unblock my account. Now, this means for me, loose of a lot of money. (50.000 EUR). Can I drag them in Court for that?

Si nu e vorba de bani aici, e vorba de atitudine. E vorba ca unii au preferat o banca ca sa faca afaceri cu ea, iar acum se trezesc ca nu mai pot face afaceri. Daca banca are probleme ar trebui sa spuna, daca n-are probleme atunci sa comunice cu clientul, pentru ca daca n-ar fi clientul ar fi falimentari … iar asa nu se lucreaza cum trebuie.

Dar iar ma gandesc ca Banc Post e o banca romaneasca, cu gandire romaneasca si management romanesc … din asta simplu de las ma ca merge si asa.
