Concediul, un beneficiu

Din pacate din ce in ce mai multi angajatori cred ca le ofera un beneficiu angajatilor, concediul. Si asta nu numai din cauza crizei, ci din cauza nesimtirii. Da, exista o lege care spune ca esti obligat la 21 de zile de concediu pe an. Dar legea aia se opreste la portile firmei. Pentru ca in spatele portilor daca intra inspectorul de la munca, angajatul care a facut reclamatie sau care isi vrea zilele de concediu este dat afara.

Iar asta e o noua forma de sclavagism, in secolul 21, peste tot.
