Depunem declaratiile fiscale sau nu?

Deci mi-a luat jumatate de zi sa gasesc UNDE se depun declaratiile fiscale, LA CE ADRESA exista fiecare din cele trei institutii. Si inca o ora sa citesc tot soiul de ghiduri si prostii care ma imbie sa completez cat mai corect declaratiile fiscale.

Si toate astea pentru o suma de 3 lei pe care eu o datorez statului din venituri de propietate intelectuala.
