Google a dat-o aseara spunand ca lucreaza la sistemul de operare care se va chema – culmea – Chrome. OS-ul se va baza pe un kernel de linux, peste care vin aplicatiile, in principiu de web.

Cum pe linux stim ce aplicatii functioneaza si ce aplicatii nu, sau care ii sunt limitarile putem foarte bine sa le anticipam pe astea ale lui Google. Dar pana la un punct Google ofera absolut orice este nevoie pentru un computer de tip office. Avem player video (youtube), audio (google), messenger (gtalk), editare documente + pdf (google docs), mail client (gmail), browser (chrome), calendar/ogranizer (google calendar), poze (picasa), Mai trebuie ceva? Da, cred ca un twitter client, dar nu e problema o sa il faca repede.
