Cum se seteaza centrala termica?

Aici la casa am o centrala termica pe gaze. Habar n-am ce model e, n-am carte, proprietarul nu stie nici macar atat, drept urmare iata cum arata:

Se nasc urmatoarele intrebari.

– la cat setez apa calda ca sa am si eu o apa calda constanta? Ca in momentul asta pleaca si se opreste si tot alterneaza temperatura.

– termostatul nu functioneaza ca n-are alimentare de 12v in el. Ce fel de transformator / mufa imi trebuie? Sa explic. Merge cu un transformator din ala universal?

– Se va face cald afara, cum opresc caldura? Ca in momentul de fata daca o dau la 30 de grade, tot porneste din cand in cand.

Poate v-ati confruntat si voi cu probleme asemanatoare. Cum le-ati rezolvat?
