Si anume, in zona Piata Unirii norii se ridica, se sparg si acolo, din punctul meu de vedere se pot produce asa zisele ruperi de nori in Bucuresti. Nu am sesizat alte zone in oras, cineva a mai vazut fenomenul asta?
